David Creasey Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Des Moines

David Creasey has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the business litigation group in the firm’s Des Moines office.

Creasey solves a broad range of clients’ challenges, including contract and complex commercial disputes, appeals, consumer fraud class actions, patent disputes, copyright, multi-district litigation, and internal investigations.

Before joining FaegreBD, Creasey was an associate at Winston and Strawn in Chicago, where his practice focused on defending pharmaceutical companies in patent litigation. He was also the lead associate on a team that obtained a jury verdict in favor of a major tobacco manufacturer in a consumer class action lawsuit worth over a billion dollars.

Creasey earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as the executive editor of The Chicago Journal of International Law. He received a bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College.
