Faegre Drinker Receives China Business Law Awards in Two Categories

Faegre Drinker has won two practice honors as part of the China Business Law Journal’s 2022 China Business Law Awards in the following categories:

• Industrials & manufacturing

The firm was recognized for its special focus on staffing issues, including acquisitions, reorganizations, strategic employment counseling, resolving labor disputes, employee hiring and termination, immigration, mass layoffs and labor unrest, establishment and enforcement of company policies, advising on labor union issues and drafting and negotiating collective contracts.

According to the China Business Law Journal, the awards are based on thousands of votes and recommendations received from in-house counsel, other senior corporate executives and legal professionals from around the world, as well as hundreds of submissions from Chinese and international law firms. To determine the winning firms, the publication carefully evaluates each firm’s landmark deals, cases and other notable achievements in the past year, in conjunction with the recommendations.
