Generative AI: Navigating the Legal and Risk Landscape

Intellectual property associate Reeya Thakrar moderated a panel titled “Generative AI: Navigating the Legal and Risk Landscape” at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s Global Technology, Education and Careers forum.

The panel discussed the growing use of generative AI and its implications for the legal field and how the technology is driving digital change while simultaneously creating challenges for companies and attorneys. The panel also addressed how generative AI is changing how we look at intellectual property rights, privacy, antitrust implications, liability for AI decisions and the ethical considerations of AI use.
