Law360 Names Libby Baney a “Rising Star” in Health Care

Faegre Drinker partner Libby Baney has been named a 2020 “Rising Star” in the field of Health Care by Law360. The annual list recognizes attorneys under the age of 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age.
A public policy advocate, lawyer, strategist, and facilitator, Baney is known for her ability to bring diverse groups of stakeholders together to solve complex legal and public policy problems. Baney works primarily on policies and issues confronting health and technology stakeholders, but she also touches on the insurance industry. She has built trusted relationships with U.S. and international government agencies, law enforcement, and policymakers on both sides of the aisle.
Baney was selected from a field of more than 1,300 nominees and named to the winner’s list of 176 attorneys, hailing from more than 80 law firms and spanning 38 practice areas. She is Faegre Drinker’s first “Rising Star” honoree.
