Patent Litigation
Lisa has extensive litigation experience. She has assisted clients with pre-suit diligence and case strategy development to technical claim construction and dispositive motion briefing, as well as fact and expert discovery. She regularly works with technical experts to refine reports, as well as prepare for depositions and trial. Lisa also has experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, both at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Prior Experience
Lisa graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law where she received a certificate in intellectual property law and served as an executive article editor for Chicago-Kent's Journal of Intellectual Property. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
