Emma Marie Fahey

Overview

Emma Fahey assists clients and their attorneys with U.S. employment-based immigration matters. With a global mindset and a strong emphasis on curiosity, empathy and collaboration, Emma works directly with clients, human resource representatives, executives and petitioners to support immigration attorneys in the preparation of employment-based immigration petitions.

Emma assists with the preparation of H-1B, L-1, I-140, I-485 and B-1 petitions. She is also experienced in working with clients throughout all stages of the permanent labor certification (PERM) process.

Prior Experience

Emma came to Faegre Drinker from an Am Law 100 firm, where she was an immigration project assistant. Previously, she was a public relations assistant at the Consulate General of Japan in New York.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Emma enjoys playing video games and spending time with her cat, Suki. Emma moved to Colorado from New York in 2020 and often spends her weekends sampling local food and coffee in the Denver area.
