Jaclyn Marasco is a corporate restructuring attorney and litigator experienced with high-profile bankruptcy cases and complex commercial litigation with a nexus to the state of Delaware.
Bankruptcy and Related Litigation
Having served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the U.S. Trustee in Delaware, and a law clerk to two U.S. bankruptcy judges in New York and Delaware, Jackie is intimately familiar with complex Chapter 11 proceedings and their impact on various stakeholders. She leverages her unique perspective and extensive courtroom experience to craft and execute effective strategies for client debtors, creditors and committees, court-appointed fiduciaries, and other parties in interest in high-stakes bankruptcy cases and related litigation.
Corporate and Commercial Litigation
Jackie also represents parties in complex commercial disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Pro Bono Experience
Jackie is an active member of Faegre Drinker’s Justice for Veterans Initiative, regularly serving as pro bono legal counsel to veterans and their spouses.
