Overview
Tori Regan works with both clients and attorneys to assist with researching, filing and preparing documents related to food litigation and regulatory matters.
Before joining the firm, Tori was an in-house paralegal for a large paint manufacturer, where she supported employment, environmental, regulatory and general litigation attorneys in managing claims and litigation matters. As part of this role, Tori coordinated discovery processes, including identifying custodians, issuance of litigation holds, custodian interviews and discovery collections.
