Overview
Dasha also advises clients in governmental and internal investigations, as well as with global compliance reviews. With a focus on international anti-bribery and anti-corruption work, she has counseled on cases touching high-risk markets in Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia — including Argentina, Ukraine, Iraq, Libya, India, Malaysia and China.
Dasha is trained in analyzing complex disputes and has experience with jury and bench trials from her work at FaegreBD and previous roles with the federal government.
Past Experience
For two years prior to joining the firm, Dasha served as a judicial clerk to U.S. District Judge Stephanie M. Rose. In law school, she gained additional experience as a judicial extern to U.S. District Judge John A. Jarvey. Dasha’s interest in federal practice originated during her two-year internship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
International Perspective
A native of Ukraine, Dasha has lived and worked internationally. She interned with the Hague Conference on Private International Law in The Netherlands during law school, dealing with international commercial litigation and child protection. Before then, Dasha worked in international stakeholder outreach at DuPont Pioneer and interned with the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France.
