Overview
Steven Wiemer prepares and prosecutes utility patent applications for mechanical and electro-mechanical products and processes. Steve also prepares and prosecutes design patent applications for various types of consumer products. He conducts patentability and freedom-to-operate searches, writes patent application specifications and claims and provides technical and patentability guidance to attorneys on patent litigation cases.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Steve worked as a patent agent at Quarles & Brady LLP in Milwaukee. Steve assisted clients with patent matters for various technologies, including biomedical devices, industrial conveyor equipment, mobile phones, printing devices, industrial transportation vehicles and construction equipment.Related Legal Services
