DOJ Prosecutes Securities Defrauding of Colorado and California Investors

The U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted a securities fraud case brought against a purportedly wealthy financier, who raised millions of dollars from individual investors in Colorado and California. Henry Van Dyck represented the DOJ in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
