Trelleborg Coated Systems US Inc., a leading global supplier of unique customer solutions for polymer-coated fabrics, acquired the membership interests of Anderson Seal LLC, a distributor and service provider of industrial rubber sealing products for original equipment manufacturers in the automotive, hydraulic, water treatment and medical/life sciences sectors. Our firm represented Trelleborg Coated Systems in the acquisition.
