Glacier Park Iron Ore Properties LLC regained control of real properties which had been leased to iron ore processors, thanks to a ruling that favorably interpreted and enforced a settlement agreement. The ruling was obtained by our firm's real estate and insolvency attorneys in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in connection with the Essar/Mesabi Metallics Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
