Stratasys Defends Patent Infringement Claims

Leseman LLC sued Stratasys, Inc. in the District of Minnesota, alleging that Stratasys infringed a patent relating to 3D printing technology. Our firm defended Stratasys in the District of Minnesota and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Stratasys obtained a case-dispositive claim construction ruling in the district court, which the Federal Circuit affirmed.
