George Martin Featured in January Edition of Counsel to Counsel Magazine

George D. Martin, head of Faegre & Benson LLP's Greater China practice and a member of the firm's international business law team, was featured in an article that appeared the January 2008 edition of Counsel-to-Counsel magazine. In the article "Dealmaking in China: Getting In on the Action" Martin discusses some of the pitfalls, perils and opportunities of mergers and acquisitions in China.
