Overview

Jennifer Kleven supports employers in a wide variety of immigration issues. She prepares nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1A/B, Blanket L-1, E-3 and TN and related dependent applications) and works on all stages of the employer-sponsored green card process with a focus on PERM applications and I-140 petitions. Jennifer also helps clients navigate the visa application process and communicate with government agencies such as USCIS and USCBP when issues arise.

Prior Experience

Since beginning work as a paralegal in employment-based immigration in 2007, Jennifer has experience serving clients at both boutique immigration firms and in large-firm settings. She served as a senior paralegal at our firm from 2017 to 2020 where she handled nonimmigrant visa petitions and all stages of the employer-sponsored green card process, with a focus on PERM and I-140 (EB-2 and EB-3) petitions. She also assisted with the global immigration practice in several countries including Canada, Mexico and Brazil. At another Am Law 100 firm, Jennifer prepared Conrad Waiver applications and focused on the nonimmigrant visa process and PERM process for physicians.
