The South Bend Community School Corporation identified opportunities to increase efficiencies in areas such as facilities, transportation and administration, which will allow more funding to be directed to the classroom. The Faegre Drinker Consulting team advised the school district through this process. Taken together, these opportunities can potentially save the district millions annually, enabling enhanced teacher and principal pay.
