Kerry Bundy, William Killion and Brian Schnell Named ‘Legal Eagles' by Franchise Times

Faegre Baker Daniels partners Kerry Bundy and Brian Schnell, and of counsel William Killion have been selected as a 2017 Legal Eagles by Franchise Times.

Franchise Times Legal Eagles is an annual project to identify the top lawyers in franchising. Nominations open each year in December, and attorneys are evaluated by the number and quality of the nominations they receive, with weight given to nominations from clients. Franchise Times editors also consider service to the industry and publications.

Bundy is a partner in Faegre Baker Daniels' litigation and advocacy group. She concentrates her practice on trade secret litigation and counseling, franchise and distribution litigation, non-compete cases, international arbitration, and complex commercial litigation. As this is her 10th time on the list, she has been inducted into the Legal Eagles Hall of Fame. Franchise Times published a Q&A article with Bundy to celebrate her induction.

Killion is of counsel in the firm's business litigation group. Bill exclusively represents franchisors and manufacturers in resolving claims by franchisees and distributors.
