Andrew Van Houter Appointed to New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee

Associate Andrew Van Houter has been appointed to the New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee. As a member, he will assist in drafting reports and continuing legal education programs on securities law trends and other topics, as well as participate in public service projects.
The Securities Litigation Committee is comprised of plaintiff and defense attorneys, corporate counsel, institutional investors and academics, and is focused on being a resource to those practicing or interested in securities litigation, including class actions and regulatory enforcement matters.
Andrew’s term on the committee goes until July 31, 2021.
