Frank Burt and Bob Mancuso Recognized in the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2019 Report

Washington, D.C. partner Frank G. Burt and New York associate Robert J. Mancuso were recognized by corporate counsel in the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2019 report in the Financial Services Litigation and Insurance categories, respectively. This is Frank’s third time receiving this honor, and Bob is one of only two associates to be recognized this year. Frank has broad experience in several substantive areas, including major market conduct and financial services litigation and appeals, First Amendment, intellectual property and employment law. He has extensive experience managing major class action litigation on behalf of financial services institutions in more than 40 states, and he is a frequent speaker on class action issues.

Bob represents and counsels clients on a variety of life insurance and annuities matters and property and casualty insurance issues. He advises national and international re/insurers, start-ups and producers on a broad range of regulatory matters, including licensing, drafting and negotiating agreements, and providing strategic advice on complex regulatory and compliance issues. Bob also has significant experience handling many aspects of civil and appellate litigation for insurer clients in state and federal courts nationwide.
