Patrick Miller Named 'Notable GenX Leader in Law' by Crain's Chicago
Patrick Miller has been named a “Notable GenX Leader in Law” by Crain’s Chicago Business.
This award honors attorneys in the Chicago area born between 1964 and 1979 who are serving as senior leaders at their respective firms. The attorneys listed have demonstrated the ability to effect change in their firms and communities.
Miller leads the Chicago office of Faegre Baker Daniels and its team of more than 80 professionals. Miller is an expert on public infrastructure, public-private partnerships and the design-build project delivery system, in which design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. He is leading the procurement of a $500 million rail project and recently led the procurement of a $500 million criminal justice reform project.
In addition, he chairs the national legislative committee of the Design-Build Institute of America. He chairs the institute’s Chicago chapter and is training Illinois public school officials on using the state’s new Design-Build for Public Schools Act. Miller serves as panel counsel for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and is a steering committee member for the Corporate Arts Council at Steppenwolf Theatre.
