- Julieanne Roggenkamp (Construction & Real Estate Litigation/2019) is now an assistant district attorney with the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office.

- Abhishek Dube (Health Care/2010) was promoted to partner at Baker McKenzie.
- Rozlyn Fulgoni-Britton (Labor & Employment/2009) was promoted to assistant general counsel, Americas employment law and NAM immigration law head at Infosys.
- Ena Kaur (Benefits & Executive Compensation/2017) joined U.S. Bank as vice president and assistant general counsel executive compensation.
- Nicholas Kunz (Intellectual Property/2015) joined Eli Lilly and Company as senior director – patent counsel neuroscience.

- Pete Farrell (Finance & Restructuring/2011) is now deputy solicitor general at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General.
- Myron Frans (Business Litigation/1999) is now senior advisor to the President at the University of Minnesota.
- Jamal Knight (Real Estate/2013) was promoted to partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP.
- Ryan Long (Business Litigation/2013) was promoted to president of Xcel Energy Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
- Kristen Marttila (Business Litigation/2005) was appointed to the Hennepin County judicial bench by Governor Walz in January 2024. Kristen became District Court Judge for the 4th Judicial District and is chambered in Minneapolis, MN.
- Eva Mendelsohn (Intellectual Property/2014) is now senior principal IP counsel at Medtronic.
- Tim O’Brien (Construction & Real Estate Litigation/1991) was appointed by Governor Walz as the chair of the Minnesota Board on Judicial Standards.
- Tom Osteraas (Finance & Restructuring/2001) was promoted to assistant secretary and legal director, corporate and securities at Medtronic.
- Staci Perdue (Business Litigation/2014) was promoted to vice president and assistant general counsel at Wells Fargo.
- Patrick Shane (Corporate/2008) was promoted to general counsel at Garda Capital Partners.
- Mark Sides (Corporate/1994) was promoted to SVP, chief compliance and ethics officer and deputy general counsel, government affairs at Voya Financial.

- Isabel Duffy (Commercial Litigation/1998) was promoted to SVP, chief ethics and compliance officer at Merck.
- Ken Frazier (Commercial Litigation/1971) was named a “Lifetime Achievement” honoree by The American Lawyer. Lifetime Achievement honorees are recognized for making impacts on the profession and their communities that go well beyond their day-to-day practice. A trailblazing business leader, Ken most recently served as the chair and CEO of Merck and is currently the chairman, health assurance initiatives at General Catalyst.

- Josh Kaplowitz (Environmental Litigation/2007) joined Locke Lord LLP as senior counsel.
