Regional Update Road Trip: Digest of State Law Updates

With most state legislative sessions already complete or nearly finalized, employers are facing numerous employment law changes across the nation. Some of the changes to these laws include new or expanded paid sick and safe or paid family medical leave requirements, new recordkeeping laws, changing employment-based drug and alcohol testing regimes, and reduced or eliminated restrictive covenants. Join members of Faegre Drinker’s labor and employment team — Rhiannon Beckendorf, Tareen Zafrullah, Kristin Halsing, Erik Mosvick, and Taylor Brook — as they highlight many of the significant 2023 state law updates.
