Product liability and mass torts associates Ben Broadhead and Nick Alford coauthored an article with Molly Cue, senior counsel at Roche, for Indiana Lawyer titled “Tips for Creating, Maintaining Relationships Between Counsel.”

In the article, the authors take a close look at the relationship between outside and in-house counsel and highlight steps that outside counsel can take to better support in-house attorneys. The authors highlight that creating and maintaining successful partnerships with in-house attorneys requires more than obtaining favorable results in specific matters.
