Overview
Cara Ralston helps clients navigate mergers and acquisitions, the complexities of corporate governance, commercial contract negotiations, and venture capital investments. She also guides clients through asset and equity sale transactions, corporate restructurings, and financing transactions.
Cara assists businesses in a variety of industries through business formations, reorganizing and recapitalizing entities, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
Prior Experience
At Notre Dame Law School, Cara researched corporate compliance topics as a research assistant and legal extern for Notre Dame Athletics. Cara also developed legal experience as a summer associate at an Indianapolis law firm and a legal intern with FedEx Ground.
