ACI Drug and Medical Device Litigation

Andrea Roberts Pierson of Faegre Baker Daniels will be speaking on "Preparing and Defending Daubert Challenges to Causation Expert Testimony: Utilizing the Theory in Practice" during the 17th annual Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference on December 4-5, 2012. Pierson, a partner with broad experience in trial and appellate matters involving product liability and commercial litigation, will be joined by Connie Matteo, senior corporate counsel/litigation of Pfizer, Inc. (Madison, N.J.) and Daniel S. Pariser, partner at Arnold & Porter (Washington, D.C.) in the discussion.

For the 17th consecutive year, leading drug and medical device lawyers will gather in New York City to network with their peers and craft strategies to surmount new litigation challenges.
