Overview
Aiding in patent prosecution, patent litigation and trademark matters, Parker Hudson helps clients protect their intellectual property. As a summer associate for the firm, Parker assisted the IP team in a variety of patent and trademark concerns. He drafted responses to office actions in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and researched numerous issues of both patent and trademark law in support of litigation. Before joining the firm as a summer associate, Parker served as a law clerk for the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office in Prince William County, Virginia. Prior to law school, he worked in IT asset management, helping a Fortune 500 company optimize its consumption of technical assets and maintain compliance with asset contracts.
