Faegre Drinker represented a senior executive of a publicly traded oilfield services company in connection with a Unaoil bribery–related investigation conducted by the U.K. Serious Fraud Office and the U.S. Department of Justice, which alleges payments made to or for the benefit of government officials in Central Asia and Africa.
