Frank DiGiovanni Spoke at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Global Series 2019 Conference

Wilmington partner Frank DiGiovanni, co-chair of the Intellectual Property group, spoke before an audience of practitioners and judges at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Global Series 2019 Conference held on October 14, 2019. Frank joined a panel that addressed the topics of competition and innovation in the field of intellectual property, centering on the role of artificial intelligence in innovation and remedies for patent infringement. Frank’s fellow panelists were Anna Wu (Chair, Competition Commission of Hong Kong), Cathy Diao (IP Director, Tencent Holdings), and Kurt Kjelland (Vice President, Legal Counsel, Qualcomm Incorporated).
