Representation of Largest Creditor in Novel Restructuring

An Irish capital markets securitization restructured a closed block of U.S. life insurance policies in one of the largest restructurings in Ireland. Patrick Corr and Wayne Beck acted for the largest creditor of the securitization in the matter, which also involved the first use of an Irish scheme to compromise New York law debt.
