ICC Arbitration Related to Energy Plant Construction in Europe

A Bulgarian energy plant construction company recovered much of the $3 million it was owed by a German company through two sets of arbitration proceedings at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Our firm represented the energy plant construction company in commencing and compromising the arbitrations related to two different contracts with two different companies and recovering the funds.
