Drinker Biddle Reopens New York City Office

PHILADELPHIA (March 7, 2002) — Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is pleased to announce the reopening of its New York City office. The new location, 30 Broad Street, 30th Floor, replaces the office formerly housed in World Trade Tower One. Since September 11, the attorneys and staff have been working out of the firm’s office in Florham Park, NJ.

“We are thrilled to be back in New York, “ stated Matthew Farley, Managing Partner of the office. “Although we were very fortunate to be able to carry on our work with the help of our colleagues in New Jersey, New York is where our work is, where we belong. Our attorneys and staff are anxious to reconstruct our presence here and to be part of the recovery of the City, particularly the downtown area.”

Drinker Biddle’s New York office extends the firm’s litigation capabilities into state and federal courts, regulatory agencies and numerous arbitration forums. The litigation practice in New York’s federal and state courts includes securities, products liability, commercial disputes, banking, employment and real estate litigation. Attorneys in the New York office serve as counsel to major investment banking and stock brokerage firms in litigation involving their underwriting and broker-dealer activities.
