Faegre Baker Daniels Welcomes Charles Bybee

Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, a leading international law firm with offices in Denver and Boulder, today announced that it has added Charles Bybee as a partner.

Bybee joins Faegre Baker Daniels from the Denver office of Lathrop Gage, where he counseled clients on business and tax planning issues for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and hybrid entities. Bybee's experience also includes working with private and public companies on a variety of federal tax income issues related to mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, roll-ups, joint ventures, financings, leasing transactions, stock option plans and executive compensation issues.

Bybee earned his law degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Texas A&M University.
