Faegre Baker Daniels Successfully Defends Zimmer, Inc. in Product Liability Case

Faegre Baker Daniels LLP's product liability defense team recently obtained an important summary judgment victory for client Zimmer, Inc. (Zimmer), in an action brought by plaintiff Tina Thompson (Thompson).

The FaegreBD team successfully argued summary judgment and Daubert motions—which led to Thompson's critical expert testimony being excluded.

Judge Patrick Schiltz of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota ruled in Zimmer's favor, granting Zimmer's motion for summary judgment against the asserted claims brought by Thompson.
