Dianna Gould Becomes IP Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels
Dianna Gould has been named an associate in Faegre Baker Daniels' intellectual property group. She will practice from the firm's Minneapolis office.
Gould focuses on trademark matters, including U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance and due diligence reviews. She assists in preparing and filing trademark applications, maintenance requirements and ownership transfers with state offices and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Gould is a member of the International Trademark Association.
Before becoming an associate, Gould was a paralegal with FaegreBD from 2006-14. Prior to joining FaegreBD, she was an in-house paralegal at a medical device company, working in the intellectual property group.
Gould earned her law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Bethel University.
