FaegreBD Represents Figlo in Sale to Advicent Solutions

Faegre Baker Daniels represented Netherlands-based financial services software development company Figlo in its sale to Milwaukee-based Advicent Solutions. The acquisition closed Sept. 23, and the value is undisclosed.
Figlo develops and delivers interactive software to increase real-time communication and collaboration between financial advisors and their clients. The acquisition will help Advicent expand its global reach.
FaegreBD's Matt Kuhn and Gary Laitner were principal attorneys serving as counsel to Figlo. They were assisted by Douglas Badder, Brian Jacobson, Nick Jennings and Brandon Mason. Alex Denny and Emma Vennesson advised on the UK employment law aspects of the transaction.
