FaegreBD Named Outstanding New Member and Trip DeMuth Honored with President's Award by ABC Rocky Mountain Chapter

On Jan. 15, Faegre Baker Daniels was named Outstanding New Member by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Rocky Mountain Chapter. In addition, firm partner Trip DeMuth was honored with the President’s Award for outstanding service.

The ABC Rocky Mountain chapter awards are presented to leaders within the industry who have shown outstanding commitment and dedication to the chapter, industry and the merit shop philosophy through their participation and involvement. Determination of winners is based on participation at local and national events, volunteer hours, sponsoring ABC events and committee involvement.

DeMuth is a trial lawyer who has tried over 100 trials and arbitrations, 80 of which went to juries. His litigation practice focuses in the areas of construction, commercial, real estate and environmental litigation. He represents builders, owners, design firms and other entities in construction litigation involving construction defects, contract disputes, delay claims, concealment, fraud, non-payment and non-performance.
