Ginger Mosier, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, for EPAM Systems, Inc. Named a 2015 Top Corporate Counsel by the Philadelphia Business Journal

Ginger Mosier, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, for EPAM Systems, Inc. has been named a 2015 Top Corporate Counsel by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Ginger and the other award recipients will be celebrated at the 4th annual Corporate Counsel Awards dinner on Thursday, December 10. Honorees were selected from nominations that considered in-house counsels' leadership skills and their commitment to the profession and their organization.

Ginger became EPAM Systems, Inc.'s first General Counsel when it was still a privately-owned company in 2010 without an internal legal department. She established the company's legal department function and led EPAM through the IPO process to become public. The company continues to experience rapid growth.

Ginger was a member of the firm's Corporate and Securities practice group from 1999 through 2001 and was resident in our Princeton office.
