Lucie Guyot Named to 40 Under Forty by BizWest

Lucie Guyot, attorney in Faegre Baker Daniels’ corporate practice, has been named to the BizWest's 2015 40 Under Forty list.

BizWest honored 40 of the area’s top young professionals under the age of 40 whom they considered to be the best and brightest of emerging leaders in 2015 – those who make a difference in their companies, industries and communities.

Guyot is counsel in FaegreBD’s corporate transactional practice group. She represents local and national clients in a variety of industries in connection with domestic and international commercial transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (representing public and private companies), private equity investments (representing investors and securities issuers) and other complex commercial agreements. Additionally, she regularly advises U.S. franchise companies in connection with their international expansion efforts. She also functions as outside general counsel to clients, advising on their day-to-day contract and other legal matters.
