Chris Berendt Hosts Hot Air Show Podcast on EPA’s Clean Power Plan

Washington, D.C. of counsel Chris Berendt hosted a recent episode of American University Washington College of Law’s Hot Air Show titled, “The Obama Climate Action Plan is Finalized: What’s Next?” The episode offered thoughts and reactions to the Clean Power Plan recently released by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  The show featured insight from speakers Kevin Book, Managing Director, Research at ClearView Energy Partners; Doug Obey, Senior Correspondent at Inside EPA; Tyson Slocum, Director of the Public Citizen’s Energy Program; and Bill Snape, Senior Counsel with the Center for Biological Diversity.  The Hot Air Show is now is its fifth season.
