Lee Miller's Article Featured in The Huffington Post

Lee is the managing director of NegotiationPlus.com and the Career Columnist for the New Jersey Star Ledger. He works with individuals and corporations, training and coaching in the areas of influencing and negotiating.

Lee is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University and at Seton Hall University’s Business School where he teaches MBA courses in influencing and negotiating, managerial decision making, and human resources management. He is also the author of “UP: Influence, Power and the U Perspective—The Art of Getting What You Want and Get More Money on Your Next Job… In Any Economy.” In July, 2016, The Huffington Post selected Lee’s book, “A Woman’s Guide to Successful Negotiating,” as one of the “16 Books Aspiring Women Should Read.”

Lee earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and his law degree from Harvard University School of Law. Lee joined Shanley & Fisher in 1996 where he was a partner and co-chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Before joining NegotiationPlus.com, Lee was the senior vice president of human resources at TV Guide Magazine, USA Networks, and Barneys New York and vice president of labor and employee relations at R.H. Macy.
