FaegreBD Represents Datalink in Sale to Insight Enterprises

Faegre Baker Daniels is representing Datalink Corporation, a leading provider of IT services and enterprise data center solutions, in a definitive agreement to be acquired by Insight Enterprises. The implied equity purchase price is approximately $258 million, and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.

Datalink provides IT services and solutions with 35 office locations in the U.S. employing approximately 570 teammates. The combination of the two organizations brings a full complement of end-to-end technology solutions in supply chain, application and data center architecture, implementation and managed solutions.
