Brian Garrison Named to Forty Under 40 by IBJ
Faegre Baker Daniels partner Brian Garrison was selected for the “Forty Under 40” award by the Indianapolis Business Journal.
The “Forty Under 40” award is given to local rising stars under the age of 40. Criteria for selection include the level of success a nominee has achieved in his or her chosen field, accomplishments in the community, and the likelihood the nominee will stay in Indianapolis and build on those achievements.
Garrison concentrates his practice on counseling and representing management in labor relations and employment matters. He also advises employers about labor issues that arise in connection with mergers, acquisitions, relocations, closings and other business transactions involving unionized facilities. He has handled appellate work before multiple federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and argued before the Indiana Supreme Court. Additionally, Garrison serves as a board member for KIPP Indy Public Schools and previously served with Teach for America.
