Noel Spencer Joins FaegreBD's Corporate Practice

Spencer’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving private and public companies, joint ventures, and the representation of mature and emerging companies in connection with financings, corporate governance and other corporate matters.

Spencer has represented technology firms, insurers, and medical device makers, as well as private equity and venture capital sponsors and investors.

Prior to joining the firm, Spencer was a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and previously an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. He received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from St. Olaf College, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
