Faegre Baker Daniels Promotes 8 Associates to Counsel

Faegre Baker Daniels is pleased to announce the recent promotion of eight associates to counsel, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

The following attorneys have been promoted to counsel, listed alphabetically by location.

Chicago

Kevin Morrow counsels clients and litigates through product and environmental liability matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts on issues such as medical device, consumer product defect and toxic tort claims.

Des Moines

Gavin Quill specializes in financial services litigation, representing broker-dealers, investment advisors, insurance companies and commercial banks in both litigation and regulatory matters throughout the United States.

Indianapolis

Tareen Zafrullah counsels and represents employers in labor and employment law matters, specializing in wage and hour issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and employee handbooks. In his counseling work, he has analyzed over 600 positions for exempt/non-exempt classification under the FLSA and has reviewed more than 100 employee handbooks.

London

Emma Vennesson counsels clients on national and international employment issues. She also represents them in litigation and in cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Minneapolis

Angela Fogt counsels nonprofit organizations on governance, tax-compliance, grantmaking, and international outreach. She also advises companies on corporate philanthropy and charitable sales promotions.
