Kevin Brennan, Skip Stitt, Josh Andrews and Tom Freeman Promoted at Faegre Baker Daniels Consulting

Faegre Baker Daniels Consulting has announced the promotion of four professionals – Kevin Brennan and Skip Stitt to principal, and Josh Andrews to senior director in Washington, D.C.; and Tom Freeman to director in Minneapolis.

Brennan was promoted to principal from senior director on the firm’s health and biosciences consulting team. He is an experienced policy advisor with more than two decades of political and policy experience. He represents emerging and established companies in the health and biosciences sector with pharmaceutical, biological, medical device and molecular diagnostic products that lack a clear pathway to Medicare and Medicaid coverage or favorable reimbursement.

Stitt was promoted to principal from senior director on the firm’s public sector consulting team where he helps public sector clients drive innovation, reduce costs and improve service delivery. He has worked on reform initiatives in a variety of areas, including government operations, public utilities and education. Before joining FaegreBD Consulting, Stitt spent more than 20 years in senior-level positions involving government, strategic consulting and a Fortune 500 firm.

Andrews was promoted to senior director from director on FaegreBD Consulting’s energy and environment and insurance and financial services practice teams. He utilizes his experience working in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate to advise clients on legislative threats and opportunities on a wide range of issues. He also helps prepare and execute comprehensive federal affairs strategies that serve clients' goals in both the legislative and regulatory arenas.

Freeman was promoted to director from advisor on the firm’s Minnesota government relations team where he represents businesses, nonprofit organizations, and trade and professional associations before the Minnesota Legislature, state government agencies and local units of government.
