Cheryl Orr and James Sawyer Honored with Client Choice Awards

San Francisco partner Cheryl Orr and Chicago partner James Sawyer have both been honored with Client Choice Awards.

James was recognized as the sole winner for International Trade in Illinois and Cheryl was recognized as the exclusive recipient in the Employment & Benefits category for California.

In collaboration with Lexology and the International Law Office, the awards recognize law firms and partners around the world that demonstrate excellent client service and add real value to their clients’ business. Partners may only be nominated by corporate counsel and are asked to rate individual attorneys and law firms based on quality of legal service, commercial awareness, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, value for money, responsiveness, effective communication, clarity of documentation, sharing of expertise, appropriate staffing, project management, use of technology, loyalty and ethics.

Award recipients were honored at a gala dinner held in London on February 1.
