Barry Gross Inducted as Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers
Philadelphia partner Barry Gross was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the leading trial lawyers’ organization in the country. The induction ceremony was held on March 3, 2018, at the 2018 spring meeting of the College in Phoenix, Arizona.
Barry represents companies, professionals and business executives in high-stakes criminal and civil matters. With more than 35 years of experience conducting and handling investigations and high-profile cases, his practice includes the defense of white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, internal corporate investigations, as well as complex civil litigation including civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) cases and qui tam matters. He also handles matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). A former federal prosecutor, he was recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice numerous times for his work and received the Director’s Award for Superior Performance and two Special Achievement Awards.
Barry joins Drinker Biddle lawyers David F. Abernethy, Thomas F. Campion, Daniel J. Collins, Kenneth A. Murphy, Gordon B. Nash and Alfred W. Putnam as a fellow.
The American College of Trial Lawyers is composed of preeminent members of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship is extended by invitation only to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
