David Yoshimura Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Des Moines

David Yoshimura has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the business litigation group in the firm’s Des Moines office.

Yoshimura guides clients through a variety of complex commercial litigations and dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

Drawing from his experience in state and federal courts, Yoshimura provides the insight to effectively advocate on his clients’ behalf at all stages of litigation.

Before joining FaegreBD, Yoshimura was a judicial clerk to the Hon. Judge Robert W. Pratt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, where he assisted with trial work and with appellate matters in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Yoshimura earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Hi received a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University.
