Drinker Biddle Advises Graham Partners on Sale of Comar Holding Company
Drinker Biddle has advised long-standing client Graham Partners on its successful exit of portfolio company Comar Holding Company to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Comar is a specialty rigid plastic solutions provider with a reputation for developing innovative industry compliant packaging solutions for the medical, pharmaceutical, consumer health care, personal and home care, and food and beverage end markets.
Drinker Biddle advised Graham Partners on its platform acquisition of Comar and worked with Comar on several add-on acquisitions, as well as the merger of another Graham Partners portfolio company into Comar.
